Sleeping up to 14 guests, there is plenty of space for you and your nearest and dearest to stay for your wedding celebrations. 

The farmhouse offers two large seating areas to unwind and relax, as well as a large farmhouse kitchen, a cosy conservatory overlooking the gardens, seven individually styled bedrooms and three bathrooms. 

The private pool and tennis court are located just a few steps from the main house and offer exclusive use throughout your hire*. 

With plenty of space outside to roam and play, and stunning views across the Devon countryside, the setting is like no other. The fully equipped BBQ area provides the ideal space to dine the evening before or after your wedding day, giving you the opportunity to spend even more precious time with your family and friends. Whilst the pub styled games room with table tennis, pool table and dartboard is perfect to extend your celebrations into the early hours!

Hire of the house includes linen and bath towels. Guests are kindly asked to provide their own towels for use outside and around the pool. 

*The pool is open from April-October.

Our ten self-designed and handcrafted Camping Pods are available to hire for £70 per night. Bedding can be provided for a £30 charge per pod.

Each pod has a double futon bed, plus additional room for 1-2 small blow up beds or travel cots for little guests.

Camper's Cabin is located in the camping field, offering a shower, toilet and gas hob plus a mirror and electricity for hairdryers. 
 

Please note: guests staying in our camping Pods will need to provide their own towels.

Overlooking the farm and with the sweeping hills of Dartmoor as its backdrop, our luxury Shepherds Hut has a double bed with linen, power and heating provided.

There is a smaller bed underneath the main double which is suitable for up to two Children (additional bedding not included).

A handy shower and loo are located next to the Games Room/Bar in easy reach of the Shepherd's Hut. 

Hire is charged at £100 per night.

Guests are kindly asked to provide their own towels for use outside and around the pool.

We have a huge camping field for guests who'd like to bring their own tents or camper/caravan. 

Camper's Cabin is located in the camping field, housing a toilet, shower, electricity and gas hob.

Eggbeer Lodge is a three bedroom mobile home that sleeps 6-8 guests. 

The lodge has two twin bedrooms, one double, kitchentte, bathroom and living room with pull out double bed. Bedding not included. 

Available to hire for £300 from Friday - Monday / £250 from Tuesday - Thursday

Bedding can be provided for a £30 charge per room. Please note that guests will need to provide their own towels.
